The annual dues are only $35 per household. The funds are used for neighborhood beautification, the community newsletter and website, maintaining our street signs, legal support, and community social events such as:

Intra-Community Events (e.g. Valley Jam)

Santa's Visit to the 4 Corners

Annual Meeting (meet town leaders and educational opportunities)

Halloween Trunk-or-Treat at 4 Corners

Community Social Gatherings at The Griff

Website maintenance

Street Sign maintenance
