The annual dues are only $35 per household. The funds are used for neighborhood beautification, the community newsletter and website, maintaining our street signs, legal support, and community social events such as:

Family Admission to the Block Party

Santa's Visit to the four corners

Neighborhood Fun Walks

Community Social Gatherings at Arrowwood

Remember that only residents paying their dues can vote on important issues in the community.
